I’m James and in the cold, wee small hours one morning back in November 2010, frustrated by the poor online choice of good quality men’s pyjamas and robes and by the absence of specialist niche purveyors, I decided to set up The Pyjama Store to create a single location for the best nightwear around.
With the aid of my talented designer friend Christopher, my many late night musings were finally captured in a single brand identity and The Pyjama Store was born.
We scour the globe for the best nightwear brands, hand picking those we love for their tailoring, quality, design and sumptuous fabrics, including fabulous superfine cottons, brushed cottons, voiles , jersey and flannels, silks and satins.
We now stock at least 5 brands that you won’t find anywhere else in the shops in the UK. Now that’s dedication!
It’s safe to say that we love pyjamas! They’re fun, comfortable and maybe even a little bit mischievous, evoking childhood memories of sleep overs and pillow fights.
Having discovered so many (not forgetting robes, chemises, camisoles, nightshirts and even slippers!) that have found a place in our hearts, our mission is to spread some pyjama happiness, as we know you’ll love them too.

We at The Pyjama Store are proud of our glowing customer feedback and testimonials. Each purchase, question and enquiry is dealt with by a member of our team to provide you with the best service. Each order placed before 12pm is posted on the same day. Most items include one of our handy laundry bags. (exceptions are only for small items where the laundry bag would require a larger postal bag and Sale items.)
We know you can’t try before you buy, so do take a look at our size charts. If your item doesn’t fit we will happily exchange or refund your order providing it is returned in the same state you received it.
