On breathing in imagine your body being filled goodness. Some people like to visualise a warm light entering the body as they breath in. Direct your inhale to areas that may feel stressed or tense and as you exhale, imagine the tension leaving your body. 90% of your toxins leave your body through your breath, so exhale fully.
