Our Terms and Conditions and the use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
Our Contract
Your payment method will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and The Pyjama Store for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s). Any products on the same order which have not been confirmed in the dispatch confirmation e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Products
We take every precaution to ensure that the products and product information listed on our site are accurate. However, specifications on this site are not intended to be binding, and are only to be used to give a general description of the products. Please also be aware that while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot be held responsible for any colour variation in products caused as a result of the monitor with which you are viewing our website from.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the The Pyjama Store website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
Payment
You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorize the payment to us, for any reason, will not render The Pyjama Store liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Your Right to Cancel
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the products have already been despatched, you will be required to return the items as per our returns policy.

Ordering Outside the UK
For orders placed outside of the European Community it is your responsibility to claim any tax back. Any customs or import duties levied once your purchases reach your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
